Primary Mental Health Care
National Primary Mental Health Care Network
The National Primary Mental Health Care Network (NPMHCN) consists of a manager and a coordinator at AGPN, a GP adviser and a mental health development and liason office (DLO) in each of the territory and state based organisations. Mental health program officers in each general practice network are linked to their state DLO and as such the network provides an efficient and effective mechanism for the communication of new policy, initiatives and opinion between Network and Commonwealth governments level as well as across state and Federal government and non-government programs.
