Name of Project: Talking Heads
Project Description:
Implement a health promotion activity aiming to raise awareness of issues around MH an AOD through a peer support model, which includes recruitment, training and conducting of outreach sessions for young people. Provide comorbidity training for GPs and other health professionals involved with youth with comorbidities, and increase awareness of the issues facing young people with MH and AOD disorders. Develop referral pathways and communication mechanisms to assist effective networking and reciprocal information exchange between providers of care.
