Project Description:

Promote an increased confidence, capacity and understanding of local primary care clinicians in working with young people with dual diagnosis issues. Identify health and community services at the local level, particularly those that engage with young people, their families and Carers. Facilitate appropriate pathways of referral and care for patients with mental health and AOD issues.
