Name of Project: enhancing Care for Pharmacotherapy Patients with Comorbidity
Project Description:
To increase the capacity of GPs to manage patients on opioid substitution therapy, who have co-morbid substance use and MH issues, through increased liaison with MH and allied health services including drug and alcohol services, allied health practitioners, housing services, welfare and social support services and Centrelink.
