Project Description:

Develop care pathways suitable for local service providers in MH/AOD areas. Provide a forum for local service networking and peer support in a confidential and inclusive manner. Include local case studies for participants' discussion and recommendations. Engage and educate stakeholders in peer support and collaborative processes. Address local priorities/gaps as the group identifies, which are relevant to the needs of the local community, by extending invitations to guest speakers on the identified subjects. Provide support and guidance to local stakeholders to facilitate better integration of MH care services. Provide input and recommendations regarding sustainability of local partnership mechanisms and links to other key initiatives.  Networking to build synergies and share best practice ideas. Identify or develop local referral protocols between services for co morbid patients.
