Name of Project: Improving integration of and access to services for young people with comorbid mental health and substance use disorders
Project Description:
Increase the use of evidence-based interventions for young people aged 12 to 25 years with co morbid MH and substance use disorders. Improve integration of service delivery for this group of young people in primary health care settings. Increase service delivery options available for young people with co morbid MH and AOD disorders.
